First Community Credit Union is proud to announce that Brianna Tabor has been recognized by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) with a Keys to Homeownership Impact Award, honoring her outstanding work in helping North Dakotans achieve homeownership.

The NDHFA Champion of Affordable Housing Awards recognize loan officers, real estate professionals, and lending institutions that go above and beyond to promote affordable homeownership through NDHFA programs. These programs provide low-cost financing and assistance with down payments and closing costs, helping make homeownership more accessible, especially for first-time buyers.

Tabor was recognized for her excellence in loan production, loan quality, and commitment to best practices in serving homebuyers.

“We’re incredibly proud of Brianna and the work she does every day to support our members,” said Steve Davis, Senior VP Mortgage. “Her dedication to helping individuals and families navigate the homebuying process truly reflects our mission of putting people first and strengthening the communities we serve.”

In 2025, NDHFA helped 1,898 households across North Dakota purchase homes through its programs, working in partnership with lenders like First Community Credit Union.

Tabor’s recognition highlights the important role local lenders play in connecting individuals and families with the resources they need to achieve homeownership.
