FCCU Holds 87th Annual Meeting

FCCU held its 87th Annual Meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026.
During the meeting, members participated in a vote to approve updates to FCCU's bylaws. The proposed changes included updated language regarding how applications may be submitted for membership and credit lending, as well as a revision allowing for virtual or electronic Annual Meeting options when necessary. In addition, terminology within the Field of Membership section was clarified. The membership vote passed, approving all proposed updates.
Two positions on FCCU's Board of Directors were also open and filled by acclamation, resulting in the election of Colin Wegenast and Chris Aarhus, in accordance with the credit union's bylaws.
Attendees of the meeting received the 2025 Annual Report, highlighting the credit union's activities, management, and financial performance over the past year.
