FCCU is proud to kick off the year by supporting Project Ignite Light, an organization dedicated to bringing comfort and hope to children who have experienced abuse.

Now through February 27th, FCCU branches are accepting donations of:

• New two-piece pajamas sets in sizes newborn through 18 years of age.  
• Kids Crest Toothpaste, 2.2 oz size (available at Walmart, Target and Dollar Tree)
• New tie fleece blankets. Please follow blanket instructions from Project Ignite Light. See here.

This is the tenth year FCCU has chosen to support this cause. In the last 10 years, they’ve donated over 1,000 blankets, over 2,300 pajamas and raised over $35,000.

Project Ignite Light is an organization that gives thousands of abused children a piece of security and hope. They provide ‘Bags of Hope’ to every reported abused child in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Each bag is customized for the child and includes a blanket, pajamas, toiletries, a flashlight, a book, and a water bottle.
