We’re pleased to share that earlier this year our Kindred branch made several exciting improvements to enhance both member experience and employee comfort at our Kindred branch.

To better serve our members, we’ve added a branch drive-up, along with a night deposit drop box and 24-hour ATM. Furthermore, we’ve now added improved directional signate to help streamline transactions and provide greater convenience for drive-up banking. This is a huge added feature for this branch. 

To further improve accessibility and service, the teller line has been reconfigured to include an ADA-compliant service window, and interior signage was refreshed.

Behind the scenes, we’ve improved employees’ parking and improved outside landscaping. Inside the branch, we’ve built out an area that was previously not being used, into two new modular workstations to support staff efficiency and collaboration.

Finally, improvements we're made to internal heating and cooling systems, to help make our branch run on a more sustainable energy solution for the future.
