FCCU is proud to congratulate the Class of 2025 Remarkable Leaders who recently completed the Remarkable Leadership training course.

The Remarkable Leadership Program, launched in January 2021, is designed to help employees cultivate and grow leadership skills, both formal and informal. Over the years, more than 80 FCCU employees have completed the program, strengthening not only their personal leadership competencies but also the collaborative spirit of FCCU.

"I'd like to congratulate the Class of 2025 Remarkable Leaders," said Amie Aesoph, Chief Human Resource Officer and leader of the program. "This year's group demonstrated incredible commitment to growth and resilience as they leaned into developing the competencies that make leadership meaningful. Some skills come naturally, while others require stretching outside of their comfort zones—and that is really where transformation begins."

Aesoph continues, "What I treasure most about this course is how it builds self-awareness and connection. It isn't about leading others—it begins with knowing ourselves. It is inspiring to see participants gain confidence and form supportive relationships with one another. It's a joy and an honor to walk alongside such outstanding individuals on their leadership journey."
