We're proud to announce FCCU’s very own Ashley Mohs, Retail Manager of our South Region, was named to Wahpeton’s 20 Under 40 list. Those on this list are the top business professionals across the Wahpeton-Breckenridge Region, under the age of 40. 

Ashley started her career with First Community Credit Union in March of 2017 as a Teller. From there, she was promoted to a loan officer, gaining knowledge in financial products and services. Ashley was then promoted once again to Service Specialist Manager, where she enhanced her leadership and operational abilities. Currently, Ashley serves as the Retail Manager for FCCU’s South Region. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and leading a motivated team to success in the Wahpeton, Hankinson, Milnor and Oakes branches.

In her spare time, Ashley gives back to her local community by getting involved. One way she does this is by being a part of the Twin Town Ambassador group. She says, “Growing up in this area, it’s rewarding to see our community grow with new businesses. Furthermore, it’s an even better feeling to be a part of welcoming them!” Ashley also makes time to volunteer at FCCU events like charity luncheons, Relay for Life Walks and more.

When she’s not involved in the community, Ashley enjoys spending time at the lake, and with friends and family. In the summer, Ashley and her son Hudson enjoy visiting the Chahinkapa Zoo in Wahpeton as much as they can.

When asked what she is most proud of, Ashley responded, “I’m incredibly proud of my career and the journey I’ve taken to get here. Reflecting on where I started, I realize how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown along the way.” She continues, “Every step, whether it was a challenge or a success, has played a part in who I am today. From when I was learning and finding my footing, to now, where I can look back with a sense of accomplishment, I am so grateful. The progress I’ve made, the lessons I’ve learned and the milestone I’ve reached fill me with confidence. I’m excited to continue growing and pushing myself forward in my career with Frist Community Credit Union.”
