The 87th Annual Meeting of First Community Credit Union will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, beginning at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Farmers Union Conference Center located at 1415 12th Avenue SE in Jamestown.
On Monday, March 16, at 5:30 pm, during our 87th Annual Meeting, a portion of the meeting will be dedicated to a special bylaws update. The agenda includes a membership vote to adopt updated language regarding how applications may be submitted to the credit union for membership and credit lending, affecting Articles II and XII of the bylaws. A proposed change to Article VI of the bylaws would allow virtual or electronic meeting options for the Annual Meeting when necessary.
In addition, Field of Membership language has been updated to clearly define the Field of Membership area in Article II. There are no changes being considered to FCCU’s geographical Field of Membership. This clarification is simply a modification to the terminology used to describe our existing Field of Membership.
As a cooperative business model, our members are provided the opportunity to review and vote on revisions, clarifications, or changes to our governing bylaws. We invite all members to participate and vote at the Annual Meeting.
Following a short update from our Board President, our CEO and CFO, and the special vote, a meal will be served. Members wanting to sign up to attend the Annual Meeting, should contact their local branch. Meal tickets will be $2 per person and members will pay at the door. Please RSVP to your local branch ahead of time. Meal reservations close Thursday, February 27th.
We hope you come join your fellow credit union members at our 87th Annual Meeting.
