Special Membership Meeting: April 19th

On Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., a special membership meeting will be held at First Community Credit Union’s headquarters, 310 10th St SE, Jamestown, ND. The agenda is a membership vote to adopt terminology changes to the credit union’s field of membership article of the bylaws, to more clearly illustrate the credit union’s current field of membership.
As a cooperative model of business, our members are provided the opportunity to know and vote on revisions, clarifications, or changes to our governing bylaws. As such, all members are invited to vote at this special meeting of the membership regarding these clarifications to the language used to describe our existing field of membership (FOM).
There are no actual changes being considered to FCCU’s geographical field of membership. This clarification is simply a modification to the terminology or verbiage used to describe our current existing field of membership.
