Each quarter, FCCU holds fundraisers for different worthy organizations. The second quarter fundraising organization, as chosen by FCCU staff, is cancer causes.

FCCU will be supporting the Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center located in Fargo, ND primarily. The Center provides services for our entire region, and is one of the top cancer centers in the country. In addition to cancer services, the Roger Maris Cancer Center offers treatments and support for blood diseases and is an infusion center site. The image below shows how our donations will be used.

To support this organization, staff held numerous internal fundraising events including a pet photo contest, employee silent auction, flower sales and jeans Fridays. Staff also has planned to have teams in local area Relay for Life events to help support as well.

The Sanford Roger Marris Cancer Center has several events and volunteer opportunities coming up for those that wish to support this organization, in honor of Roger Maris.

Roger Maris Summer Night - Thursday, June 17 | 5:30-9 p.m., Island Park, Fargo.

• Relax and mingle at this free community gathering to connect Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center patients, survivors and staff with the greater Fargo-Moorhead community.
• Celebratory live music and artistic performances inspired by the cancer journey
• Food and beverage options provided by local food trucks
• An interactive Wishing Tree sculpture inviting visitors to leave a wish of hope for local patients facing cancer

Sports Clinics -These clinics are open and free for kids K – 6^th grade.
