Fraud Alert: We have received reports of scammers impersonating financial institutions numbers, including ours. These fraudsters are “spoofing” our 1-800 phone number so calls may appear to come directly from us. They may provide false instructions and attempt to gain access to your accounts, ACH information, online banking, or personal information.
Please remember:
- FCCU will never call and ask for your online banking password, verification codes, or full account credentials.
- Do not share one-time passcodes or multifactor authentication codes with anyone!
- If something feels off, hang up and call us directly using the number listed on our official website.
How can you protect yourself?
- Monitor your accounts regularly and review transactions promptly.
- Report suspicious calls or activity to us immediately.
- Use strong, unique passwords for all accounts.
- Enable multifactor authentication whenever available.
