FCCU Named Top Top 50 Best Places to Work List For Seventh Year

For the seventh year in a row, First Community Credit Union is proud to be named one of the 50 Best Places to Work in the region!
Each year, Prairie Business Magazine recognizes 50 outstanding workplaces across the Northern Plains. The honor is based entirely on employee nominations, where team members share why their company is a great place to work. Feedback highlights include workplace culture, opportunities for growth, teamwork, accountability, and overall employee morale. This year, nearly 1,400 nominations were submitted.
"This recognition is an honor for all of us at FCCU," says Steve Schmitz, President/CEO. "We wouldn’t be where we are without our talented and hardworking staff."
